Our Mission
It is the mission of SW Design &
Communications, LLC to foster excellence and a caring
environment through its commitment to:

Offer comprehensive educational
programs that develop intentional learners of all ages
and ensure the full assessment of student learning in
these programs;

Provide
broadly-based student support, starting from our initial
contact with every individual, regardless of his or her
unique needs;

Measure
employee attitudes toward the workplace and student
attitudes toward the learning experience and
make responsive adjustments in
institutional strategies;

Provide a well-designed campus
and facilities with advanced technology;

Address our human resource
needs in all States by recruiting, training, and hiring
low-income, laid-off, and returning citizens that have
successfully completed the course. There is a probation
period of 90 days given to develop students as employees
or independent contractors. All students that complete
the course and the 90 day probation period are
guaranteed employments as either a direct-hire employee
or independent contractor for SW Design &
Communications, LLC the “firm”. Upon completion of the
course, each student will be directed to the corporate
office for the 90 day probation process; which at that
time the individual will be paid a minimum of $12 per
hour. A minimum of 20 hours of employment will be
provided to each individual. SW Design & Communications,
LLC the “firm” has a probation period for individuals
with drug abuse. Drug abuse guidelines must be followed
to guarantee employment. SW Design & Communications, LLC
the “school” is not responsible for direct-hiring
however, SW Design & Communications, LLC the “firm”
does. It’s the only way that SW Design & Communications,
LLC the “firm” hires its employees, through SW Design &
Communications, LLC the “school”;

engagement, institutional effectiveness,
and a fully realized
implementation of the school’s vision;

to member of the community and beyond in order to create
meaningful, fulfilling, and mutually
beneficial partnerships.
